Delete your account
How to delete your Heaven's Garden guest account (website and mobile app) and the data linked to it.

In the mobile app
- Open "More" → "My account".
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm.
On the website
- heavens-garden.uz → "My account" (sign in).
- In the "Delete account" section press the button and confirm.
If you can't sign in
- Send a request to the email or phone below with your account's phone number. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, phone, email, password, photo, Google/Apple link (Apple tokens are revoked).
- Records of SMS codes sent to your number.
What is kept
- Bookings, payments and restaurant bills — for as long as accounting and the law require, no longer linked to your account.
Staff accounts
Staff accounts are deleted by the hotel's director or administrator in the staff panel under "Staff".
